The flexible cancellation terms and deadlines applicable to a reservation are confirmed before payment. Refund timing depends on the payment provider and method used.
Standard check-in is from 2:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Early arrival or late departure requires prior approval.
No smoking inside, no unregistered parties or events, and quiet hours after 10:00 PM. Guests are responsible for damage beyond normal wear.
Guest information is used only to manage reservations, communicate about stays, meet legal requirements and improve service. Booking details are not publicly visible.
Guests must follow pool and property safety guidance. Children must be supervised. Travel insurance is recommended.
